Limbo, part 2

Eli using my hair as a mask, assisted by Ella

Well, the PET/CT scanner was repaired in time, but Eli lost track of the need to not eat before the scan and took a few bites of a snack. The scan has been rescheduled for next Wednesday.

The positive news is that we can’t feel the swollen lymph node anymore, so it was probably just “reactive”. That’s the term for when the lymph node swelling is temporary and not related to cancer (I’m sure there is a better definition somewhere, but I didn’t feel like looking it up).

The MRI is still on for tomorrow, which will provide most of the information we need to know that the cancer is still in remission.
