Aang

Eli’s wish to experience the gravity of the moon (and weightlessness) via a parabolic flight was approved. The approval was revealed through a fun scavenger hunt, thanks to #RediscoverDiscoveryPark in Pleasant Grove, Utah. The whole family had fun while Eli, dressed as Aang, gathered Avatar themed clues (air, earth, water, fire).

See this Facebook post for more photos.

Valerie painted the glow in the dark, blue arrow on Eli’s head.

This activity happened to be scheduled for Eli’s 11th birthday. He received, among other things, duct tape (when you don’t know what else to get him, or even if you do, you can’t go wrong with duct tape).
